We had our water heater pipe explode from the top shooting water into our garage at 11pm. Aeon mechanical was rapid with their response, explained in detail what went wrong, and was back the next morning to install a new water heater. Not only that, but the customer service was above and beyond and we could not be more grateful for their services.
Secured my business!!! Called on a Saturday night with a leaking water main shut off. Aeon was the only one of 4 services that answered right away. Joe even had me video call him so he could look at my shut off and guided me through a simple adjustment that stopped the leak so we can get through the night and set up a service call! Excellent customer service, cool, calm and knowledgeable.
I cannot share my gratitude enough for Aeon Mechanical! Joe came out within an hour of our phone conversation and spent the afternoon to ensure my mom’s clogged septic issue was resolved. Not only that! He caught wind that my mom’s water heater was broken and offered the rest of his afternoon to go out to purchase and install a new one for her!
