Aeon was called out to service my pool pump through American Homeshield. The technician arrived on time and communicated through text message, which I appreciated. He attempted to repair my issue but did not resolve the problem completely and I have another service request to come back out through another company. Had an issue with the overflow pump. A technician came out within 24 hours to assess the problem, quickly identified the issues, and resolved everything within 48 hours. Brett was prompt, knowledgeable, and very professional. If I ever have another pool issue, I’ll definitely be using Aeon Pools again.

Had heater, timer control board, and UV lights fixed. Came out quickly and got everything done. Will definitely call again for any pool problems.

Just witnessed an Aeon pool service guy cause a scene and scream at the elderly female guard at South Shore Harbor “f you Bitsh!” because she was following gate to keep the neighborhood safe. Thursday 9/19 @ approx 9:45 am

We have American Home Shield and this company was assigned to us. The technician called and said he was on his way out to inspect my pool motor. Once inspected he said the motor was bad and he would replace it the following day which he did. Didn’t call us and let us know that he had been out or even if the repairs had been completed. Left both of our electrical boxes open to get exposed to the rain. Just felt the communication was not transparent at all.
