Called ahead and drove 1 hour to get there, under the impression they had the bike for my 5 year old son’s birthday. Salesman said there was a problem with KTM, so we got the GasGas. They charged my card then came and told me that bike was broke and to come back Tuesday to fix it under warranty. What about the birthday gift, I just paid $3200 for? I bought my first 2 stroke, 2025 Husqvarna TE 150 from Taylor at AEO powersports, and I’m super stoked and excited. We spent 2 weeks back and forth on phone and text. I ask a lot of questions, but Taylor was patient, professional, and very responsive. When I arrived at the shop, he had Everything lined up and ready for me to sign paperwork, grab the bike and go! Had my bike serviced by aeo they got my bike up and running but upon pick up my bike was missing my gear lever and my skid plate , they lost my lever and replaced it with a oem on and my ktms accerabis skit plate is missing as well yet to be located... this shop was highly recommended by a aeo rider and im verry surprised at the rookie mistakes that have raised with this simple service.. hopefully I can reach the gm.
