On a riding trip and my buddies bike developed an intermittent running issue. They plugged in bike to diagnose it on the spot. Found to be TPS - adjusted free of charge! Also had all the parts I needed in stock too. Great selection of moto gear as well. Great staff real helpful. Will definitely be my go-to shop when I am in the area.
They have Super73 ebikes and the staff are awesome!
Sales deserves 5 stars but minus 1 for parts situation. (See last paragraph) The shop has many bikes on display and plenty of space to walk around. They also have some parts and accessories on display. There are plenty of parking available. There is an easy going vibe and no pushy sales person. If your considering to purchase, I'd recommend Tyler at AEO. He has a good level of knowledge and experience about ice and electric bikes to be informative. In and out with my new KTM purchase in 30 minutes. Seriously, why do dealerships make life so difficult? AEO gets the deal done and doesn’t make it difficult for you to give them money. Staff is knowledgeable and super friendly. Other dealers should send secret shoppers here and learn how to do business.
Went in for a simple service and they lost my light bar bracket. Didn’t complete multiple requested items. And after a total of about 6 weeks of having my bike in their shop they replaced the light bar with a lower lumen bar and wired it completely different from the previous wiring set up. I’ve never had so many issues with a shop . And to top it off they say they threw my old light bar away when I called the same day I picked my bike up. Would not recommend this shop unfortunately.
