She's wonderful, and great at explaining everything!
Dr. Patel is a wonderful doctor! She's so very knowledgeable! She's answered all of my questions. She is very kind and caring and I never feel rushed during my visits. I trust her completely.
My experience was not pleasant in regards to Dr Petals communication. Staff was very nice and so was Dr Petal. My issue was explaining my condition in detail and her not taking into consideration that not every patient is the same. I felt her bedside manner was not great and it definitely needs some work.she also needs to work on her empathy for her patients were I felt she was questioning my chart and condition.
