We had Dave service our Evap and split system aircon units. Dave was friendly, punctual and charged a fair price. Dave also installed a split system unit for our bedroom, the job was completed quickly, efficiently and he cleaned up after himself (something that alot of tradies sadly no longer do). I highly recommend A.E.M.S air-conditioning for your next service or install.
Had David service our aircon and couldn't be happier with the experience. He quickly diagnosed the issue and offered a simple, cost-effective fix that saved us a lot of money. What really stood out was the follow-up support—David was available and helpful even days after the service. Great workmanship and even better customer care. Highly recommended!
Request for a quote was in 2019- got a reply six years later.
They changed my appointment without notifying me properly. I had to follow up multiple times to get a clear answer on when they'd actually show up. Not only did this occur once, it occurred twice. When it was finally crunch time, I informed them I would be able to return home in 10 minutes as I was having my tyre replaced. I was then asked if I would actually be 10 minutes or would I take longer (mind you he had messed me around twice already). Here is my experience and make of it what you will. $280 Call out fee and inspection, on a week day during work hours. Pricy, but made clear to me and I agreed to it. Established the fault quickly and got to work with my assistance turning power off/on and water valves off/on. (no off -sider) Said that the solenoid part costs $350 and I agreed to have him replace it. Also said the float valve was worn and should be replaced. Said the part costs $250.
