Request for a quote was in 2019- got a reply six years later.
They changed my appointment without notifying me properly. I had to follow up multiple times to get a clear answer on when they'd actually show up. Not only did this occur once, it occurred twice. When it was finally crunch time, I informed them I would be able to return home in 10 minutes as I was having my tyre replaced. I was then asked if I would actually be 10 minutes or would I take longer (mind you he had messed me around twice already). Here is my experience and make of it what you will. $280 Call out fee and inspection, on a week day during work hours. Pricy, but made clear to me and I agreed to it. Established the fault quickly and got to work with my assistance turning power off/on and water valves off/on. (no off -sider) Said that the solenoid part costs $350 and I agreed to have him replace it. Also said the float valve was worn and should be replaced. Said the part costs $250. A.E.M.S came to look at problem with aircon, he appeared very friendly and went to assess problems, came quickly back stating there was a wasp nest and did I have some insect spray, gave what I had and sent my son for more Dave went back up than returned stating all done he’d knocked it down with his tools he had a screwdriver I think in his hand. No mention of cost or what problem was with aircon no picture of nest taken and no old parts produced for me to see than gave me price info $250 call out $350 service and $350 for ... read more
