Great and professional service
I own a small inspection company in Jacksonville Fl. We have tried to speak with someone for 7 days. Every time we call we give our information to the phone attendant. He was embarrassed the last time that no one ever called us back. The account rep is a nightmare. She probably thinks we are a nightmare with the exception we have never lied to her and know she has lied to us. The service at this place was second to none when we first started with them. They used to be very good, very fast, and their customer service was outstanding. I thought that when Eurofins acquired them, being such a large company, everything would improve significantly. However, the reality is that everything has gotten much worse. Now, when you call, no one answers, reports are delayed, or they even forget to send them. AEML used to be the best, but since Eurofins took over, they have been declining significantly.
