I had serious issues with my car's transponder. I had sought advice from several repair shops relating to ECU faults and Alex was the only one interested enough to have a look. Once software had to be upgraded I had a firm price and gave the go ahead. Alex rang several times to give updates and I picked my car up today. Excellent work thanks Alex.
Alex is a great guy who does a very thorough job. Told me up front what to expect it to cost. Kept me informed as he we worked through the issues. And the cost was very reasonable for the amount of work done. I will be back for an alarm system. Highly recommended.
Alex seems like a genuine guy who knows his trade well, and I respect that. Just wanted to share some feedback — I wasn’t informed there would be a $20 labor fee for a quick key fob battery replacement, which caught me a bit off guard. A simple breakdown beforehand would’ve been appreciated, especially since the CR2450 battery itself sells for around $6–12 at Repco or The Warehouse. If you're looking for a top tier auto sparky, Alex is your guy. Two other garages ran diagnostics on my car and couldn't figure out what the issue was. I took it in to Alex and he quickly figured out what the problem was and had it repaired within a few hours. Excellent service, saw me on short notice and fairly priced.
