My wife told me that it was important to spend the high costs of these rugs because they last. I wonder if it’s also for the unbelievable amount of excess material that continually shed from these rugs. We called and asked how this could be resolved and we’re told to VACCUM EVERY DAY FOR SIX MONTHS! We basically did that- to my chagrin- and the rug still sheds like you wouldn’t believe.
