I have a brief phone conversation with Mr. Taylor from the firm. The problem that I have which is not in his fields of services. But rather than brushing me off and end the call, he would give his opinions on what I might have to do on the matter. On the same day of the phone call. I also got an email from him which contains name and numbers of where I might wanted to reach out to on my search for solutions. This is my 5 star. For his valuable time and knowledge given to me. I called this attorney without expecting anything since it was so late in the afternoon. Mr. Howard picked up the phone himself and provided me with a list possible attorneys I could call to address my issue. I really appreciate Mr. Howard's professionalism.
Taylor made easy work out of a complicated IP suit that several other lawyers I consulted with either did not understand or did not want to touch. Taylor spoke with me on the phone and had already started handling the situation by the end of the same day!
