Excellent service and communication
EDIT- I was contacted by Mr. Gomez on his personal line in order to explain what happened. It was, I believe, a heartfelt apology over our miscommunication. I will give the attorney's office another try to see how things go and will revise my review after that, Very frustrating. Very frustrating. Had a consultation call, agreed to a scope of work to be performed, was told I would be contacted by the attorney's assistant to set up next steps. And then was ghosted. No contact. Reached out two more times, assistant took my name and said that she was the one who would be contacting and then... ghosted again. If you're dealing with something time sensitive, I would not bother with this firm. You may never hear from them after they agree to take you on as a client.
