Updated review; Thank you to everyone at this clinic; The staff at the front desk, nurses, counselors and the physician assistant (Jimmy)- all of have been so supportive and professional. I am so grateful for this program, it’s saved my life. This treatment is highly misunderstood and undervalued. Methadone maintenance gave my children a mother, my parents; a daughter and my employer; a trusted employee. This is not a review- it is a question I have. I know some ppl w/ the same inquiry/dilemma which is why I am posting this; How does Aegis create a smooth and seamless transition with a new patient already on methadone but wants to switch to your clinic? Is there any lapse in days of dosages and does the patient receive a lower “beginning “ dose? Im sure some ppl are reading these reviews because they are looking to switch/improve their experience a brief explanation would be appreciated , thank you
