I transferred from a Nevada facility to Aegis Treatment Center in Placerville and I can't not express the amount of empathy, compassion and attention the staff has done for me,above and beyond dedication this staff has towards your recovery,the doctor is amazing and actually listens to you instead of treating you like a number,Aegis Treatment Center is there to give you the respect, attention and recovery you deserve,take advantage and call immediately!
First of all I want to say that without aegis and the help from aegis I wouldn’t be here today typing this. I just wanted to say that ALL of the staff are amazing people INCLUDING Nurse Sarah! They are always fast and efficient on getting you in and out, scheduling future appointments, and are just all around extremely efficient
Sarah was absolutely awful extremely hostile nurse. For people who go to this facility to get help and recover from addictions and seek guidance and assistance from the effects of withdrawals this girl has the worst idea of a helping hand, more like a smack to the face! She is hostile to the patients and to the other staff, denying medical treatments to those who need it on a car e by case basis that fluctuates with her moods. Everyone was really nice except for one nurse, glasses . Sarah something. Super rude shrieking voice and even mean to the other works. I like the rest of the people and the treatment was good for my friends and family
Transferred from MedMark On Florin Road because of my address change, let me tell u it’s like night & day!!! Sarah & Timothy Are SO AWESOME!!! I’ve got ONLY nice things to say about Aeges Treatment Center! In Placerville. They cycle thru their patients in a timely manner. I’d be LOST without this place! Aeges Treatment Center in Placerville is the best clinic out there!! If your needing help they are literally just a friendly phone call away!!!🩷🩵
