I’ve been coming here for almost 3 years now with a lot of success in my recovery. When Toni was the director here about a year ago I had a great experience with Aegis, as she was always on top of everything I needed, such as letters to courts or DCFS. However, currently, the staff is always changing. Good luck even talking to the same counselor for more than a few sessions. DO NOT!! DO NOT USE this so-called clinic!! Uncaring staff! Uneducated and disrespectful staff!! They need to have their license revoked!
This place makes it so difficult to get dosed without harsh criticism for every little thing...even if you just forget your mask. They make a big deal out of it. You want 3 take-homes in a row? Sorry, you can't. Even if you take public transportation and it takes hours to get there, they don't care. The receptionist thinks she is God and can play with people's lives however she wants
