I was really strugling before coming to Agis Hesperia 3 years ago and this pace really helped my life. Jean has realy changed the direction of the clinic from wat it was before and you can tell he actually cares about the patients. When I met him he made everything easy to understand and made me feel comfotable. I admit the same day and the ladies in the front are aweseom. Briel is a great councelor and so is janet, magan, and Jessica. Im really thankful for jean and his team!
I have been apart of this program since May 2020. I was doing really well for the first 2 years, even tapered from 79 mg to 19 mg. But I ended up relapsing and basically had to start over. I was giving dirty urine samples for over 2 years. But because of my councillors Matthew Fowler and MA Desiree Escobars word of encouragement, friendliness, and professionalism i was motivated to get back on track and get my life together through the program again. Desiree has always been one of my favorite staff. She makes setting up doctor's appointments super easy and always goes above and beyond to make sure that I'm taken care of with whatever I may need to be successful in my recovery. She is the first person I asked for when I came back for treatment the second time and I never felt judged by her when I told her I relapsed, and I could tell she really cared about what I was going through.
