The management there is clueless. Very poor understanding of technologies in general. Almost a decade behind when I got there. There is sloppy work by colleagues with a real need for quality. No care for a job done right, to be technically correct, when it can be done. I saw stuff there where there that was clearly laziness. Management is completely blind.
