They waited OVER A YEAR to send me a bill in the mail when I get tested monthly- so I should have received something a lot sooner you’d think right?? The bill was an exorbitant amount of money which I’m seeing is their M.O. This year my Dr switched labs to Quest & the amounts are significantly less (as well as me actually receiving the bills) - reading the reviews I’m guessing that’s why they switched since they try & overcharge, not send anything to the customer until it’s a disgusting amount thinking they’ll panic pay. Since you are suddenly “out of network” with my Doctor and DID NOT NOTIFY US, you unexpectedly charged me for a service. Now leaving me unable able to pay bills and fearful for any required services in my future, my health will now fail because of you. Hope you sleep well.
They don't even verify your identity via photo id when conducting telemed drug tests.
