I’d give zero stars if possible. Took a Covid test at Walgreens and haven’t gotten results 5 days later. Patient portal is broken and gives erroneous information. No one manning the phones has any idea of what is going on and can’t talk with other departments. These guys have wasted 3 days of my life. Avoid them and Walgreens for Covid testing.

Zero star !!!! They got my result wrong the day before my trip I had to spend $ .. it to prove the test was wrong ,zero responsible . I don't know how walgrees and cvs make alliance with this kind of company, the government should shut down this crap.

If I could give zero stars I would. I went to Walgreens on August 24th to get a PCR covid test because my throat was itchy. I just wanted to be sure that is was not COVID. I waited 72 hours and still heard nothing so I called them and they said they still had not received my test. It was SEVEN days later when I finally received my positive test results, SEVEN DAYS. I did an at home covid test on Thursday, the 26th because I still had a low grade fever and I was around my wife and not quarantining yet because of the lag time ... read more

0 out of 5 not even one star. The front page of their web page says 12hrs average "Turn Around Time" Lies. It has been 3 days, no result. Don't use Walgreens to have your test done because they use AEGIS.

My family and I took a COVID-19 test for traveling purposes on 4/3/21. We were told that we would receive our results within 72 hours. We were given the wrong requisition numbers that were needed in order to check our results. I had to call ********* and Aegis each day. A representative assured me that they had our tests, but I later learned that wasn't true. I asked to speak to a supervisor or someone that could help me locate our tests and was told that the supervisors were in a meeting and that they would return my call..... read more

0/5 stars I had a similar experience as one of the reviews. When I pulled up my requisition number it told me my test was complete, however, when I entered my personal information- the system could not pull up my results. I called ********* and they let me know that I had a different requisition number, tried the number, still didn't work. I called Aegis, employee said my name was spelled incorrectly on the first number and on the second number the collection date was wrong therefore unable to pull up results. I saw on their website that their turnaround time for lab tests is averaging below 24 hours which is total crap. It took 6 days for my test to GET to their lab, and they have now had the results (they emailed me that they had them) for 4 more days and they have not been "processed." At this point my 2 week quarantine is almost up so I don't even need a result. As long as Walgreens uses Aegis I will never have testing done at Walgreens again.

This company is crap and scamming the entire system on providing "results" for Covid-19 testing. They aren't performing any testing, they're obviously just taking advantage of the situation with extreme overcharges. Walgreens has outsourced this company and Its been nearly a week and still no results. Company says they haven't received the specimen yet, but I highly doubt FEDEX would take a week on next day delivery. I hope the US Government performs a financial forensic audit on this company's fraudulent billing practices... read more
