Wonderful staff, wonderful doctor.
I went to Dr. Barba’s office as a new patient for a routine physical and ended up with a mountain of stress, unexpected bills, and zero accountability from the staff. First, the doctor forgot to order my Cologuard test. Then the office manager, Carmen, submitted incorrect insurance coding, which led to multiple bills I shouldn’t have received. Esperanza was very helpful and calm down my husband Walter since he was afraid of needles. She is a professional doing her blood drawn.
At first I was very Impressed with him. But recently I've been having trouble getting him to sign the freedom form for a new glucose meter and supplies. I've called several times spoke with the staff to get the form sign and fax. Each time they assured me they would get it done. Today I called freedom and they have not received the response from the doctor's. I'm done with the personnel service and in search for a new doctor .
