Revise: as to date 10/11/2024 the staff is absolutely rude, hard to deal. Walked in today on the 11, three woman where at the window with it closed just looking at me while one was on the phone. Never opened the window to greet me at all. Another woman came from across the room to greet me. What kinda of response is that. It’s unruly, unethical and non-professional. The staff is great, professional and courteous to your needs. I get weekly shots which I am very scared of needles, but they have a way of making you feel comfortable and confident in there techniques. DR. Hung, is great at his job, he has the knowledge and understanding as a Physician and shows great patient care which I can say I’ve been to other practitioners and had the worst experiences. I visited this office last week, it’s not easy for me to make doctors appointments as I have social anxiety and I suffer because of it. My husband has been going here and assured me I’d like the doctor. Dr Hung was very empathetic and listened to me he also has a talent to ask probing questions that just feel like a conversation. He is very thorough and I feel extremely relieved he is now my doctor.
