Great service from the nurse/Dr Maryam. The reception staff were also very polite, i think her name was Maxine.
I am a new patient to the clinic and I can't thank the nurses and reception manager enough for today . Monday I had 4 attempts at a blood test. No joy so today I went back and within. 5 mins they had done it.. thanks for your patience and kindness I'm so pleased it's all over. As I'm not good with needles.. I'm looking forward to getting to the bottom of my health issues and i have been assured that they will.. I'm confident in good hands x
Generally, all Aegis staffs are very friendly and helpful. Dr Nzewi has always taken appointments very seriously and keep asking if you're using the medication as prescribed. All these efforts makes aegis very unique and special to me and my family. Excellent service delivery. Nothing to complain about.
The practice offers excellent service especially Dr. Nzewi he offers exceptionally brilliant service. He has been taking care of my family and I for over fifteen years.
