Safna assisted me into renewing my sick note this week, she was very professional, helpful and patient with me when I explained to her my lack of knowledge in new technology. I received it in time to provide it to the jobcentre, I'm happy and grateful.

Appalling place. Aesthetically, the place is unappealing from the front, and is old, cold dark, dingy and run down in the inside. The staff are rude, grumpy, and unfriendly, they will ignore you standing at the window, and continue talking amongst themselves. When they fo attend to you, uou almost have to apologise gor disturbing them. The Doctors, both have hard to understand accents, no bedside manner, and will try and limit your appt to 60 seconds. If you can go elsewhere, then do.

Attended Aegis medical centre for injection today, the HCA that did the procedure was so kind and professional, also so helpful, could not rate the experience highly enough, thank you.
