I can't say enough good things about this place. We moved my elderly friend here from a nearby assisted living place where she was being completely neglected. Moving her to Aegis was like night and day in the quality of her care and she has thrived. She's been there for about 6 months, and every time I visit I'm so impressed with this place. My mother has been a resident at Aegis Living of Queen Anne at Rogers Park now since March 2018. Overall the experience has been very positive. From our (the kids) standpoint, we notice the friendliness of the staff and how responsive they are. But most importantly my mother reports that "everyone here is so nice and helpful", "the food is great", and most importantly, she "feels very safe". Feeling safe was a major issue for mom before she moved into Aegis, so that is a major relief for us for her to report that.
