We got an unexpected call the day before our closing date saying that we needed to come in to sign some documents that they had failed to prepare for us at our initial signing meeting. This was a huge inconvenience during our preparations for our move. Not a great customer experience.
Aegis Land Title Group was very responsive during our home sale, which I appreciated. However, I’m giving a 3-star rating due to multiple issues with the Seller’s Statement. I received three different versions with varying totals—new fees were added in later drafts, and one line item had a $200 overcharge. Then, when we went into the office to sign documents, they had two different versions of the Seller’s Statement for me to sign.
