Very well organized activities with good instructions and plenty of time to practice.
My daughter loves training here! The coaches are talented, patient, encouraging, and make learning jiu-jitsu fun. She's gained confidence, friends and looks forward to every class. We highly recommend this academy!
I am in Richmond on business and didn't want to miss my normal Monday training. Before arriving, I asked Professor Dave if I could drop in for a class. He was very welcoming in advance of my visit. When I arrived, Professor Dave and his students were all very welcoming and positive in person as well. The space is beautiful and clean.
