I really enjoy my time at Aegis gym! It’s a nice, welcoming community. They have a variety of equipment suitable for all fitness types. Their Pilates classes are so much fun, the instructors are very professional and very adaptable! I highly recommend this gym!!

My family and I are from New Zealand and were grateful to be treated to a BoxFit session here. We participated as part of a family session with over 30 people involved and it was great fun. It was one of the highlights of our trip as the trainers were very encouraging and enthusiastic. The session was inviting for all fitness levels and ages. I joined Aegis for their creche as I felt most at ease and comfortable with their staff and facilities. My baby loves the hour she spends at creche three days a week where Becca and Rachel take excellent care of her and she gets to spend time with her friends. The workouts are perfect for me, small groups and Tailored to our individual levels and abilities. It's a great community, family friendly and diverse.

Thank you team for an amazing box-fit session with my family while I was in Melbourne. So many good things to say about this gym from clean facilities such as bathrooms to the flooring pads being super soft! Really enjoyed my session as the team were accomodating to my medical needs. As a renal patient on dialysis this was so out of my comfort zone but I felt the team made me push myself hard but also ensured that there were alternatives to the activity if I could not complete. Thank you for hosting a boxing session for us and catering for all ages, sizes and fitness capabilities. Greatly appreciated!!
