Every time I finish a workout here, I’m amazed at how energized and motivated I feel. The atmosphere is just right — challenging enough to push me, but welcoming enough to keep me coming back consistently.
I've been at Aegis gym for about a year now and I am sadly having to relocate. I want to express my appreciation to coach Beth.. I've trained at many gyms, had many PT's but Beth goes above and beyond. She not only treats you like a friend, her knowledge is next level. She helped me get back to training after having my second baby. Anyone can be a PT, but having the knowledge behind the human body.. this woman has it!! I joined Aegis for their creche as I felt most at ease and comfortable with their staff and facilities. My baby loves the hour she spends at creche three days a week where Becca and Rachel take excellent care of her and she gets to spend time with her friends. The workouts are perfect for me, small groups and Tailored to our individual levels and abilities. It's a great community, family friendly and diverse.
I have been at Aegis Gym for just over a year and I am really enjoying the experience.The staff are very friendly ,super professional and give a lot of guidance and support .A special thank you to Ellie and Gabe for all their expert help !
