Aegis Communications SUCKS A private company out of India...that tells the story right there! Opened a few call centers in the U.S, in small, hard to find work towns and pays a couple of dollars more than minimum wage for slave labor. Co-workers great, mgmt sucks, equipment far below average for even adequate work expectations. Mandatory overtime, no lunches or breaks due to high volume of work. Pitiful This company doesn't even deserve a star they so horrible/ discusting. The company is a disgrace, their kitchen filthy bugs on the ground, on tables and etc. Their refridgerators broken with only wo to use and microwaves broken- about 4 to use, amongst many employees. It can take half an hour to just wait in line and cook your lunch...oops then luch is over in that half hour. Large employer They employ about half the city. They created lots of well paying jobs in the community. There are many training opportunities to move up the ladder of success.

telemarketing This company does a lot of telemarketing training... their classes are free but need to pass tests to be qualified to enter the classes... their pay is competitive once one is trained.
