Purchase; Anderson PP45 to Male XLR Adapter × and Smart Lithium Battery Voltmeter × 2. Was supposed to be shipped by priority mail and never received product. Called company 3 times left voicemails and no call back. Very POOR customer service. Had to dispute the item with my credit card company to get my money back. Will purchase elsewhere.
Super great product so far and exceptional customer service. Purchased two sets of mobility scooter batteries. Installation was very easy.
I got my battery from AEGIS BATTERY great service I went in to pick up my battery they were very fast and helpful they made sure I had all the adapters I needed before I left unfortunately something happened to my battery and I needed to take it back in cuz it had a warranty. Because I didn't alter the battery in any way the warranty was good and they replaced the battery. thank you AEGIS BATTERY
