Doctor was cool but Out of network rip off as others have mentioned United healthcare is equally as guilty bc they have no actual in network Anesthesiolgist in dfw
Terrible customer services. They refuse to correctly bill my insurance despite my insurance company agreeing that they've made a mistake and need to re-bill.
This is the worst customer experience I've ever received from a medical group. The person who is supposed to handle billing is unresponsive and purposefully ignores phone calls. When trying to find any other person to talk to throughout this entire organization, every number listed on their website apparently leads back to this one person. If you have to have surgery and this is the company that is doing your anesthesia, run for the hills. My child had a procedure done in July. They made me pay a portion, even though I told them I would be covered 100%. They threatened to even cancel the surgery! Well guess what? Now I am sitting here FIVE months later fighting with them to give me my refund back. I have called multiple times and continue to get the run around. Do NOT use this company. I set up a payment plan after getting my son's tubes in. The first month they double charged my card, causing me to overdraft. Then they continued to charge me the month after my payment plan was finished. They wont call you back, you have to call them to actually get stuff done. They leave your card in the system so it continues to get charged until you finally get the right department to remove it. They always seem to so this on a Saturday so I have to wait the whole weekend to get my money back.
