Ali Dee always gives me the best haircut. She is funny and friendly and a pleasure to work with. She manages to make my basic haircut ( I think it's basic ) look different every time and I love that.
I am leaving a 5-star review only because we don’t want our experience with one individual to negatively affect the incredible staff and service providers at this spa. Unfortunately, the receptionist (I don’t know her name, dark straight hair and glasses) is the primary reason my wife and I did not renew our memberships and will not be returning.
