Over the past 15+ years we've ordered out from Aegean a number of times and always enjoyed it. Last night, we ate in, and it was a hot mess. Our order wasn't handled properly and came out in reverse order...and service was spotty and it was clear other patrons were equally frustrated. No one seems to be "in charge", and the staff seems overwhelmed. They also impose a 4% fee for credit card payment, which isn't listed anywhere on the menu or in the restaurant.

First time with my son. The service was just ok, forgot to fill our waters 3xs. Hummus was pasty, and the meat was just ok for me. We got a hot sampler. It didn’t come with any sauces like tzatziki. Didn’t bother to asks the falafel was decent. Wouldn’t go back but it was nice to try a new place.

Was a walk-in because Brownstones was closed and since they close at 3 o’clock during the week we stopped in here instead. Came in with my 21 month old daughter. She was hangry which is probably a little overwhelming for some service workers. The aesthetic of the place suggests clean and modern so the initial sit down was deceptive. Place was pretty much empty with the exception of one other table seated with older ladies. I asked if they had bottled water, they didn’t, only tap.
