We had a horrible experience here with manager and reservation officer (husband and wife), the apartment we were allocated was 18D and it was right next to the rubbish chute and the ensuite bathroom and main bedroom stunk of the chute. The manager came with heaps of cologne on and refused to admit the persistent stinking smell, told us to leave no refund and did not want to relocate us although plenty units available in month of April when we stayed, we lasted 2 days out of 11 and they stole almost $3K from us, completely wr... read more
The fire alarm keeped going off all night, my family was very scared that there was a fire but there was no sign of fire. The room had a wired smell
Went To Front Desk Someone Gave Me A Room Got In The Lift And The Lift Was Covered With Dark Green Paper Walls Walked In the Room Stunning Beautiful Checked Out The Pool Amazing Then I Walked Back To My Room On Level 4 And For Some Reason I Went In The Lift And The Doors In The Lift Kept Reopening I Had A Nightmare Freaked Out Then Finally The Doors Shuted Then I Got Stuck In The Lift For Like 2 Minutes Freaking Out As I Was Panicking Then Finally I Got Out Of The Lift TV Didn’t Work Had To Ask A Guy Who Came Then Went To Sl... read more
My parents had a fantastic time staying at Aegean apartments, the hosts Rick & Kim were very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Accomodation was clean, very spacious and great views of the surf!
We love the Aegean and we keep on coming back! Our first visit was back in 1987 and I cannot count how many times we have returned, but it is a lot. No matter what room you choose, you are in the very heart of Surfers Paradise and just 250m off the beach. The balcony views are fantastic and you have everything you need at your fingertips. Indoor and outdoor pools, spa, tennis courts, bbq, all included.
