Whilst I didn’t stay there, I made a mistake by booking this Aegean Apartments instead of the ones at Mooloolaba. The admin team Carmel and Justine were so understanding and helpful with my mistake!
Didn’t want to leave! Amazing week at the Aegean. Just the perfect location for everything (beach, tram, restaurants). Family loved the little indoor and outdoor swimming pools and the free tennis racquet hire. Huge apartment with massive balcony on 10th floor - city and sea views. Just perfect in the evenings. Super friendly, helpful staff. Felt more like a home than a hotel. Will definitely be back!
Edit to reply to the owner reply: 1: It is a shame that you have the courage to tell all these lies on a google review. Very disgusting response from “owner”! 2: l wasn’t told not even once that l need to pay for that flimsy poor bed that l didn’t accept when l was offered before check in. The bed was provided when l wasn’t in the apartment and then a msg was sent.When l rushed back they were all gone! 3: the receptionist was extremely rude and unprofessional and doesn’t have the min qualifications to handle a customer servi... read more
