Had Celina back in October I asked not to have a consultation because I didn't need it and didn't want to have pay for it. I knew what I wanted, showed her what I wanted and even let her know I didn't like layers, it was a simple straight cut . Not only did Celina not honor my wish to not have a consultation but walked out with a cut I didn't want that had layers, it was her version of a cut I specifically said I didn't want. Been going to so many different artists during my life and have never returned once to them. Victoria is a different story, She knew what I wanted and did it flawlessly. Will always be returning to her!
