We had AEF in to do an EICR for our flat. It was a great experience from start to finish - very clear communication, reasonable pricing, high quality of work and the report was done very thoroughly and sent over quickly. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
We used AEF after poor experience with another electrical company. Dave and his team were very professional, efficient and reliable. They were happy to respond to questions, discuss options and advise. We had our consumer unit replaced, a couple of new circuits added and a new hob installed. This was all done to fit in with other refurbishment work and communication was great. We would not hesitate to use them again in future.
My second time using AEF and couldn’t be happier with the service provided. Communication was great and Jonny arrived on time. He worked very quickly and answered any questions I had. I had several small jobs needing done and they were all done to a high standard. We had agreed to price the work on an hourly rate and with things costing so much more these days I thought the end price was extremely good value. Very happy customer. Thank you :)
Very professional, excellent workmanship and service. Dave was amazing in his prompt replies, advising on the best options and arranging everything. Joanny did a brilliant job on the day. He was very professional and arrived on time. He fitted a silent extractor fan/ isolator switch in the bathroom, it was all done in an hour with no cosmetic repairs needed AT ALL ( see photo). Great experience, would use again. Jonny conducted a thorough EICR and explained it all to me. Works were conducted by himself & Callum to a high standard and they left the place clean and tidy.
