Poor Customer service. Sold Us inverters without informing us that they had outdated software. Then told us we would need to purchase that seperate to update. They continue to be unwilling to help. This should be their responsibility to offer the updating. Especially when we were not informed when we ordered the inverters. The representative has continued to be less than helpful and often unresponsive to calls & emails. We have done a lot of buisness with this company and will no longer be doing so.
