Quick easy parking by the rock and roll hall of fame and other places.
I wish I could give zero stars. I sat in this parking garage for 1 hour, talking to the “manager”, FaceTiming them to show them that we are stuck. He was at a bar. He was so unhelpful it was ridiculous. Never park here. Also been here for 4 years and it’s been under construction, the never ending fiasco of bs. Erick Barksdale is incompetent as a manager of this garage. The only helpful person was Brian Springer, who I deeply appreciate for his concerns on getting us out.
Oversold the garage for our event (CLB v MIA MLS game) so we ended up getting sitting in traffic all the way to the top of the garage and then back down. Then had to find another garage to park in. Ended up missing almost entire first half of game. Still haven’t been able to receive information on refund.
Took 45 min to park and over 1.5 hours to leave. Awful management of cars exiting and should have an officer directing.
