Originally assumed SpotHero was at fault here but after seeing the reviews - it's the garage at fault. This garage will allow you to scan in with no issue using the QR code parking pass but don't try to leave using it! Nope, instead the scanner will say your QR code is no longer valid and force you to pay a lost ticket fee to have the freedom of leaving the garage. I have never felt the need to read the reviews of a parking garage but moving forward, I always will.
I paid for a parking pass on Ticketmaster and was given a QR code. I scanned it and was let in, but the machine didn’t print a physical ticket, so I ended up having to pay $30 to leave the garage. No employees working there to help, and the help desk hung up on me. will never park here again.
