Terrible service and quality! We had Audio Evolution install a new audio system and trailer hitch on a 2023 Toyota Rav4 Hybrid. The audio had issues with static within the first few months. They said the problem was an incompatibility with Toyota factory wiring and the new audio wiring; however, the issues continues. (They didn't mention an incompatibility when they installed the system.) After numerous calls, I gave up trying to schedule another repair. Brian and staff are fabulous. These guys are always super busy, but willing to solve your problems and get you your wants. No one is perfect, but I can say this. They stand behind their work, they do their absolute best, and you get a quality product with backing you can trust should any issues arise after the install. I’ve been to other audio shops and they were all great, but the front of house staff are as knowledgeable as anyone I’ve spoken to and they can literally do ANYTHING. Customer for life here! I recently sold my mother in laws 2012 Acura TL to one of her elderly neighbors. A few days later she called me and said the radio would not work. She took it to the Acura dealership. The dealership sent her to this shop. 3 guys looked at it and all of them said that everything needed to be replaced and it would cost $2,000-$3,000 to replace everything and she could bring it back for the replacement.
