UPDATE! Corbin just came and did an upgrade on the system. He was friendly and knowledgeable and gave us lots of tips on different integrations with the new system. We didn’t need a new system because ours was old. We got it because we decided to replace our windows and expand the system to the garage for added security. Corbin even helped us save a bit of money by learning to use the app better. Brian, our former installer was out sell guy this time. I've been a customer of AE Security in Calgary for 35 years!!! Wow. I recently had my 7th home security system installed by AE (we've moved from home to home) and it went perfectly. Corbin did the install and I couldn't have asked for a better installer doing the work. Very competent, very knowledgeable, and he had the solution to every question I asked. AE Security's monitoring has always been first-rate, too, and I am really happy I chose AE all those many years ago.
The rep and the installers were very helpful with a challenging install and were professional and thorough, I will definitely be calling them again in the future if I ever move!
