AE Securities sold my mother a doorbell camera but never disclosed the hidden costs. The camera only works if you pay an additional subscription which wasn’t explained at the time. It is a very misleading sales practice especially for my mother that would not be aware of these additional costs. Be careful as AE Securities is not forthcoming.
UPDATE! Corbin just came and did an upgrade on the system. He was friendly and knowledgeable and gave us lots of tips on different integrations with the new system. We didn’t need a new system because ours was old. We got it because we decided to replace our windows and expand the system to the garage for added security. Corbin even helped us save a bit of money by learning to use the app better. Brian, our former installer was out sell guy this time. He was knowledgeable and gave us several options for what we could choose.... read more

I've been a customer of AE Security in Calgary for 35 years!!! Wow. I recently had my 7th home security system installed by AE (we've moved from home to home) and it went perfectly. Corbin did the install and I couldn't have asked for a better installer doing the work. Very competent, very knowledgeable, and he had the solution to every question I asked. AE Security's monitoring has always been first-rate, too, and I am really happy I chose AE all those many years ago.
