I've been a customer of AE Security in Calgary for 35 years!!! Wow. I recently had my 7th home security system installed by AE (we've moved from home to home) and it went perfectly. Corbin did the install and I couldn't have asked for a better installer doing the work. Very competent, very knowledgeable, and he had the solution to every question I asked. AE Security's monitoring has always been first-rate, too, and I am really happy I chose AE all those many years ago.
The rep and the installers were very helpful with a challenging install and were professional and thorough, I will definitely be calling them again in the future if I ever move!
Had some issue with the monitor company, but the handling of my frustration by the owner of AE was very pleasant and professional. Appreciate they care about the customers experience. Companies are defined by the handling of tough situations, and all companies have them. They are a 5 star company!
