Eric came out right on time and tried very hard to restore my failing water softener. When it was evident that it was nonrepairsble, he had the part brought over, replaced it, cleaned up after himself and left instructions along with the warranty and assurance he would follow up if and whenever necessary. These guys are great! Had to replace a main water line to our building and they did an amazing job. Also had them repair a water heater that wasn't working. Again, efficient and professional. Great communication as well.
