I called them, explained what was going on, setup an appointment, and they came on a Monday. My wife was there and the gentleman recognized our house, apparently he didn't like working on it. First thing he told my wife was that this other thing should be fixed, he confirmed it was. Then saw what was going on, my disposal was backwashing into the dishwasher. Very unprofessional plumber. Set up an appoinment but never showed up. When we called to find out why it was explained that the "partner" had a friend who had a sister who had a dog that was at the vet. Or something like that. He said he would call back the same day to set another appointment. No one has called in 4 days. Very upsetting considering our water has been shut off this whole time. Hot water heater went out, called and James was available immediately and gave me a quote, then him and his coworker Alex went to work. They were both extremely professional and worked very fast to instal the new water heater as well as correcting the old faulty plumbing and installed a brand new more efficient system. Thank you James and Alex for your quick work and professionalism.

Fantastic service. We had a leak in the middle of the week,called and had the leak repaired that day. Great service and a good price thank you again, will be setting up an appointment to service our boiler
