Picked up my Ikon 52" yesterday, mowed with it today. Mows very well, very well built machine. Do not like the side discharge(used to my mulcher I have been using)so gonna put on mulching cover. Very satisfied so far. 👌
Needed the recoil rope replaced on my Craftsman single stage snow blower and decided to contact AE Outdoor Power in Urbandale. I live in Indiana and bought a Toro 60" Titan myride. Shipping was great and I like the mower. The battery was no good and they replaced it with no problem.I have had questions and they respond quickly. Very impressed with this company. Would buy from them again with no hesitation. Thanks Jason.
Being a woman who does all the outdoor work at our home, the entire staff at AEOP were helpful, knowledgeable, and treated me with respect; which was not my experience at other oitsoor equipment dealerships! Our Husqvarna lawn tractor was our 2nd outdoor power purchase at AEOP and I will keep my business with them in the future! Thanks guys!
Very nice friendly guy on the phone. Call to buy a $30 part in the middle of an Iowa blizzard to repair a snowblower. They did not have the part in stock and when I asked for the part number so I could continue to call around the employee says “sorry I don’t give out part numbers.” I’ve never been told that in 30 years of buying parts. That ridiculous comment cost the business the sale of a new snowblower I was going to purchase this winter.
