Unprofessional. We were given a 11am appointment and they were a no-call-no-show. 50 minutes later we called them and there was no concern about the no-call-no-sow, the woman answering acted like there was no problem at all. Why give an appointment if you are not going to keep it or at least give a courtesy call if you cannot make it. It not like they said we’ll be there between so and so hours. Don’t give specific appointments if you cannot keep it.

Andy worked us in on a Saturday morning to get our AC running properly. Communication was good, prices very fair. Won't hesitate to call him again.
