Had a minor glitch with a former employee with the original order (had several windows replaced) and Mike stepped in and resolved it right away, a true gentleman. The installers were very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and the workmanship was awesome. Will definitely use them again. Thank you
I had A&E come out and give me an estimate for custom doors on my med spa and he was the most efficient best responsive best quality in glass work I’ve seen in a while and also his prices were unmatched. I continue to use him for everything I do when it comes to Glass. I became such a liking to the gentleman. I now call him, uncle Chuck.
Used them for a bathroom door install after a friend recommended them. They installed the door incorrectly and after multiple emails/calls - no resolution was done. Finally they sent their technician who was beyond rude and disrespectful and didn't fix the issue. Lastly, I was charged tax, however since this was a capital improvement tax should not have been charged. Would not recommend.
You couldn’t have done a better job on cabinet doors I had mirrored, not a flaw anywhere, thank you
