This is the worst repair company known to man! A high-schooler taking shop class could repair your appliances better than any technician at this company. The only reason this company has any stars at all is because Google will not allow you to leave 0 stars. But trust this is a negative 5-star review. I am pretty sure the only reason why this company receives any business at all is that customers are forced to use them through a home warranty program. What a rip-off!!!!!

RUN AWAY FROM A&E FACTORY SERVICE. After 3 visits for the same repair and at a cost of over $700.00. I was informed that the product couldn't be repaired and had to be replaced. When attempting to contact A&E Factory service, I could only reach a call center in India that only handle scheduling. I was transferred 4 times to "a supervisor", who couldn't answer any questions either. I was told to call another number that was a fax line. Asurion uses this company for our Kitchenaid refrigerator. They have been out here no less than eight times over three months, and our refrigerator still does not work. After waiting more than four weeks for an appointment, the repair person never showed up, never called, and outright lied about us not being home.
