They are extremely efficient & explained everything to me that I asked about. The woman I spoke to, I believe her name is Melissa, was so helpful & so was the man who came out! Highly recommend!
I called to have my dining room light repaired, and to have a dimmer installed. They sent someone very quickly the next day. The tech came in and went straight to work. He was very nice. Only after he repaired my light, did he let me know the fix was temporary, and that I would have to have it replaced. I asked, "Why didn't you tell me that before you fixed it?" His response was, "I thought you knew." I let him know, had I known that before, I would have just bought a fixture and spent my money having the new one installed. ... read more
