Suzanne Craven, PA was very professional and courteous. I would recommend this practice to anyone.
Had basil cell carcinoma removed from my back. Dr. Echt and nurse Josie were terrific; very comfortable through the procedure and great instructions for after care. However, I had to reschedule an appointment (due to business travel) and was not able to reschedule for several months. I decided to move to a new dermatologist and after 3 attempts have not been able to get my records transferred to my new dermatologist.
I had an in office concern regarding a consultation and the Office Manager Inga called me personally and listened to my concerns. She had very professional feedback on my options and scheduled me a new appointment within the next week.
