DR G was very through, professional and detected other area thar needed attention
Generally speaking I have been satisfied with the care, but the patient portal and billing systems are horrible. To the point that I'm considering a different practice. First it was an email that took me to a page to just start paying, no authentication of any kind. That's a hard pass for lack of security. Then it was, you can pay on the portal, I have 2 line items to pay, the first one worked, but the second won't let me pay, same error "contact the practice", when I contacted them I was just told to call the office and pay... read more
