I have had nothing but great service from this dental office. I have been going here for many years now and highly recommended for anyone who may be looking for a dentist. I would like to personally thank all the staff and professional staff as they have been such an amazing help.
I wish people would stop going here. They are not genuine or transparent about the care they provide. They don’t communicate honestly about what is within and outside of their scope. I’m glad I found another place that is more in line with my values. After years of disappointing service, it was only time.
Please note: This is an honest review! I had given a 5-Star in the past because I was urged to by the clinic. I assume others have as well. I had been going to this dental clinic for years and it wasn’t until I had gone to another dental clinic that I realized how lackadaisical the treatment at AE Dental was. I had a very poor experience with this dental office. I received a dental treatment here several years ago and continue to experience ongoing pain, which suggests the procedure was not done properly. The work felt unprofessional and below acceptable standards. Additionally, when I asked reasonable questions, I was cut off and which is extremely unprofessional. The quality of the dental staff and service is very low. I would strongly recommend staying away from this office.
