I've noticed the reviews on here are not very recent. I am writing a review on my current process with A&E. the communication between me and seller has been very reliable and fluent. they've made the shopping experience online an easy breeze. Have been buying from a+e for years and have always been happy with the quality. Yes once in a while a few pieces are not the best but it’s used clothing sorted through by human eyes and mistakes may happen. Jack and the team are awesome and I am surprised at seeing any negative reviews. I don’t understand it. In my 50 trips to the warehouse they have always been helpful respectful and pleasant. I couldn’t wait to get home to write about something I just witness . My family and I went there to buy some stuff today and I saw this lady talking to one of the manager about some clothes she bought and they were not good at all . Omg I admire how the lady talk as a professional,and true business owner with loyalty. What I like about it’s when she told the manager “you saw how bad the clothes are right would you buy clothes like that for your kids “? I bought a bulk of clothes there . When I open it the clothes were smelly all of them were full of stain ripped. So what I did call them first to explain the situation and told that I was going to bring the clothes to see it .the receptionist told me if I want to exchange I have to pay the difference and my answer to her was no I want to talk with a manager. Traveled 800 miles to buy several bags of Premium shirts and jackets. They advertise premium as store quality but several of my items are missing buttons and have broken zippers. Very bad quality for Premium items. I will not go back. You should open all bags there and examine each item before purchase.
