Thinking of ordering from these guys on the Rona website? I did and they thought it would be just peachy to ship a porcelain sink with no protective packaging. It arrived audibly broken in the box so I refused delivery. Contacted them via the email address posted here in the comments. No response. Called the number posted here which went to voicemail, so left a message. No callback. No replacement sink. And don't get me started on Rona's customer service.
