Power train fault light came on within the 15 day window of buying the vehicle! Andy Ho did nothing about it! Nor did his company tell me about the 15 day power train warranty. This should void the contract. But Andrew takes zero responsibility for his mistakes! I had to learn the hard way from other dealerships that absolutely the consumer has a 15 day warranty for power train issues on used cars in the state of Illinois! These people sell problem cars that you will have to invest money in. Honesty and humanity is not about them. they just sell you their junk, convincing you that it is a fully functional and serviced car, and after I left them, it turned out that the car had a problem with the transmission. and all they said was "now it is your car and it is your problem". be careful with these guys. never recommend

Power train fault light came on within 24 hrs of buying the vehicle! Andy Ho did nothing about it! A few months later and the shop says it needs a new engine. I found out the hard way that the yr make model was notorious for timing chain issues! There are several reviews with similar outcomes. There is definitely a pattern of bad business with Andrew Ho!
