Would never recommend this company! they will hose you! My parents have been using these people for years,and we will never be using them again!They installed a ac unit that broke within a year came back and charged us 1800 for a warranty issue that we shouldn’t have been charged for also ended up charging us for time and travel for hours they weren’t even here for. Chris is extremely unprofessional, is super rude and always leaves to do other jobs and never finishes the same day . He always has excuses to have to come back ... read more

Chris cancelled my appointment for three times. I accommodated with their plan change and gave them flexibility of time three times but they treated me with no honesty. Gave me fake excuses and doesn’t know how to cancel appointments properly. Manager Dave is in the SAME mindset. Showing no respect to the customer and their time. No wonder employees are the same as the manager. They need to deal with their own excuses such as “small company and busy” etc. before booking appointments.
