I don't like, that I only get an answering service when I call and I have to wait a long time till somebody calls back. I don't appreciate that at all. I will cancel my order when I hopefully get someone on the phone.
My monthly shipment did not arrive. I waited several days from the expected delivery date before I called to follow up with ADW because USPS has been late recently. The man I spoke with was incredibly short and rude and refused to even look into it because I didn’t call within 1 week of when it was “sent out.” Incredibly unprofessional customer service. I canceled my subscription.
ADW Diabetes customer service on returns is not good, not helpful, not friendly and just dismisses your issue without effort.
